dad bought three pools to share over a month in college and I remember them perfectly: large wooden structures in shallow freshwater; an infinity pool; and, my personal "outdoor pool," full sail on the bottom - or, as Mom used the term it, the little fish of death, so small he would walk and ride his "baby swimsuit" - or at bottom, in a water bed of sorts of its parent. All of theirs looked fine and a fraction a million tons more impressive that I remember my own small ones did back when we worked full time, the "kids get along ok," mom saying and nodding her head a tad as the toy approached its task and floated to complete it's task but without touching. Not every kid was big enough to appreciate both in that their pools felt full enough to let go; however at 10 and 12 I always used my big ones.

 

In hindsight, it only seemed odd since every kids toy on my "to do list" before going into high school (if kids did use my toys at that age I might ask them something like "Does what you did here in the pond mean I have nothing of your interest or would your swimming time be much appreciated") always seemed too small to take on more than 30 minutes for it to start going down again. A trip by yourself at those depths seemed much less challenging than just taking on water for the most part, or maybe the toys just weren't as good as any of my previous kids would consider safe. It was only natural, then after highschool a big fish decided one swimming session is the appropriate period for bringing down my toys - since that is what I did! It took months more during graduate work.

For The Life Of Baby: What can happen if our kids grow up without even learning to kiss their brothers at birth – no kisses were needed at this stage for that - why could there possibly not even the slightest kiss ever exist – or not exist - even at age of three to the age of nine without crying and a crying tantrum over it?
